About the Event:

What was considered fashionable changed very quickly in 17th to early 20th century Japan, almost as quickly as fashions change today. Dr. Katz will focus on works in the Art Institute’s collection that help us to gain an understanding of what was fashionable when and for what kind of woman.

Ms. Gwen O’Hanlon will focus on the evolution of the global beauty industry and the importance of skincare. She will share tips and trends on how to take care of your skin and how to establish an effective skincare regimen for all ages and concerns.
